Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Solène. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. Solène is operated by Orbit Media Group LLC.

14-day returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging, with all included accessories (for example the case, pouch or cloth) and any tags

How to start a return

Email us at team@orbitmediagroup.online with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
Pack the item securely, ship it back, and send us the tracking number.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without a return authorization can't be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. If we made a mistake (the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered), return shipping is on us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Items that can't be returned

Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts or packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different colour or style is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If it's been longer than that, check with your bank first, then email us and we'll look into it.
