1. Overview

This website and online store ("Solène", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Orbit Media Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or be using the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our site or products for anything unlawful, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation, upload malicious code, or scrape or copy its content.

3. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and finishes can look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos may include styling or props that aren't included with your order; what's included is listed in each product description.

Our sunglasses are fashion eyewear. They are not a substitute for prescription or safety eyewear, and no sunglasses make it safe to look directly at the sun.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. Products may sell out or be discontinued. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. We may limit quantities per person, household or order.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. You agree to give accurate, complete purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless we say otherwise, can't be applied to past orders, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Orders placed through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop's own policies.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including text, photos, graphics, logos and the Solène name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments or ideas, you give us permission to use, edit and publish them without payment. You agree they'll be honest and won't be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone's rights.

11. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to or use third-party websites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Orbit Media Group LLC and its owners, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
